Registration Fee: $1,500 USD per participant

 

Registration for the advanced course is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Proof of payment is due by July 7, 2006. Payment by Visa, MasterCard or American Express accepted. Fee includes course tuition, materials and refreshment breaks. Seating is limited and advanced registration is required.

Registrations will be accepted after July 7th, but applicants are urged to contact Rossana Passaniti at the telephone number below to confirm seating availability.

 

Fee does not include transportation or hotel accommodations. A block of guest rooms has been held in reserve at the Sunset Jamaica Grande through June 24, 2006. Occupancy per night: $170USD (single); $220USD (double). Hotel rates are all inclusive (meals, beverages and other benefits.) Participants are strongly encouraged to make their hotel reservations by the deadline (June 24). After that date, the participants' reservations will be accepted based upon availability at the prevailing hotel rate.

Refund Policy: Requests for refunds will be honored if written notice of cancellation is received on or before the cancellation deadline: Friday, July 7, 2006. A 15 percent cancellation fee will be deducted from all refunds.

Cancellations received after the deadline will be subject to the deduction of an additional 15 percent fee.
